ECEG can be reached by express train to the nearest railway station, Kielce Główne, located approximately 16 km from the venue. Express train schedules can be found here: https://www.intercity.pl/en/, where train tickets can also be purchased online starting 30 days before departure.
From Krakow Airport to Kraków Główny railway station, take a Koleje Małopolskie (KML) https://kolejemalopolskie.com.pl/en/home-page train (direction: Wieliczka Rynek).
From Warsaw Chopin Airport to Warszawa Centralna (or Dworzec Centralny) railway station, use Warsaw Public Transport https://lotnisko-chopina.pl/en/to-and-from-the-airport/:

– bus 175 (direction: Plac Piłsudskiego; beware of pickpockets on this route).
Conference Buses
Group transportation from Kielce Główne railway station to ECEG will be provided on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The conference bus will pick up the group at approximately 12:45, adjusted to the arrival times of the following express trains:

The exact pick-up location will be announced later. The conference bus will be marked with the conference posters. The journey to ECEG takes approximately 30 minutes.
If you are travelling from Poznań, take the 7:31 train to Wrocław (arrival 8:48) and change to the 9:22 train to Kielce (arrival 12:24), or take the 7:40 train to Warszawa Zachodnia (arrival 9:54) and change to the 10:14 train to Kielce (arrival 12:34).
