Register for BioMineralia 2026
Due to the capacity and logistical constraints of the venue, the number of participants will be limited to approximately 100 attendees. We kindly encourage early registration, as places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Dates
- Conference dates: 17–20 September 2026
- Registration opens: 1 March – 30 June 2026
- Abstract submission deadline: 30 June 2026
- Notification of acceptance: 15 July 2026
Registration Fee
Regular participant: 3000 PLN / 700 Euro
Student / PhD student: 2000 PLN / 500 Euro
The registration fee includes:
- Accommodation at ECEG (room details to be provided)
- Meals (lunches and dinners) provided by ECEG
- Coffee breaks and refreshments
- Conference materials
- Access to all scientific sessions, keynote lectures, and discussion panels
