Abstract Submission
Guidelines for submitting your research
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. We welcome contributions covering the biological, chemical, geological, and evolutionary aspects of biomineralization, as well as interdisciplinary studies that bridge these fields. The final assignment of oral and poster slots will be made by the Scientific Committee based on abstract evaluation. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book, which will be available online and assigned a unique DOI number.
Abstract Formatting Guidelines
Title and Authors
- Title: sentence case (not all caps)
- Authors: full names, comma-separated
- Authors and Affiliations: full names, semicolons-separated, Institutional Affiliation, Country
- Please avoid including references in the abstract.
Length
250–300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords)
Keywords
Provide 3–5 keywords, separated by commas.

Posters
Posters will be displayed throughout the entire duration of the event, allowing participants continuous access to the presented research. Please place your poster immediately upon arrival and remove it after the closing lecture.
Poster guidelines
- Poster size: max. A0 (portrait orientation)
- Language: English
- Required information: clear title, authors, affiliations, contact email
- Availability: Presenters are expected to be available during the designated poster session for discussion with attendees.
